This is not a group program. The program is done at your own pace and convenience.
The program is 12 weeks long, but can be done at your own pace since you will have received all the program content upon joining the program. The program is divided into 12 weekly modules, with one to two lessons per module. Each module includes an audio training, and depending on the module week, a guide, worksheet, or meal plans and recipes.
On average, you should be able to go through the materials in 30 minutes per module. The meal plans are done for you. the recipes are easy. They don't require you to spend hours in the kitchen working with hard to find foods. Time required for meal planning, shopping, prep, and cooking varies by individual.
That depends on you. You can participate in this program and the Facebook community from anywhere, if you like. The program can be done at your own pace since you will have downloaded all program content to your computer. If you happen to fall off the wagon for a few days that's ok.
This program is right for you if you're a woman between 45-65+ who can't seem to get rid of your midlife weight gain, especially the belly fat, no matter what you've tried and you're ready and willing to tackle your dietary and lifestyle needs with a different approach.
This program does involve dietary adjustments which include limiting the types and amount of carbohydrates, and increasing healthy fat intake. You will have to be willing to make some adjustments to your dietary and lifestyle choices, and if this is something you're not willing to try, this program will likely not be right for you. When weight loss begins is dependent upon your individual metabolism and adherence to the program suggestions. While I can't tell you how long it will take to reach your personal goal, because each person is different, on average most program participants begin to experience some weight loss usually by the second or third week of the program.
